I am an LDS counselor that uses EMDR to address trauma and help you process through your stuck thoughts and emotions and replace them with positivity. I also work alongside you in learning essential DBT tools, such as emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal relations. I believe that these tools will empower and strengthen you in your journey of mental and emotional wellness.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I will walk alongside you in helping you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Trauma therapy can be beneficial to individuals who are wanting to feel empowered in their journey of healing. I offer Online sessions and also in person session in my Phoenix office.
